  • Is the mode of conduct online or offline?

The mode of conduct of PAXMUN’24 will be offline.

  • Where is PAXMUN 2024 taking place?

The conference will be held on the school grounds -

Delhi Public School, Sector- Gamma-II, Greater Noida.

  • What are the dates of the conference?

The dates of the conference are 10th and 11th of August, 2024.

  • What are the timings of the conference?

Day 1- 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Day 2 - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

  • Who is eligible to participate in PAXMUN’24?

Students studying in grades 9-12 are eligible to participate in the conference.

  • Is there any cash prize?

No, we do not offer cash prizes. Instead, we focus on providing an enriching ​experience to the delegates where they get to open their minds, freely ​express their opinions and explore new perspectives.

  • Will any preparation material be provided?

Our team will provide the delegates with informative training workshops, ​doubt clearing sessions, and background guides prior to the conference.

  • What is the mode of payment for the conference?
  • A consent form will be provided to the internal delegates and the ​participation fee will be added to their yearly school fee.
  • Bank details of the school will be provided for all external delegates.
  • What is the registration fee?
  • External Delegates - 2000 INR
  • Internal Delegates - 2000 INR
  • School Delegation Delegates - 2000 INR
  • School Registration Fee - 1000 INR (only for school delegation, will be ​waived off if the institution sends a delegation of 20 or more students)
  • Will I get a refund if I'm unable to attend the conference?

Our school follows a strict No Refund Policy and hence, we do not provide a ​refund after paying the registration fee.

  • How many committees will be there in PAXMUN’24?
  • There are 13 committees in total.
  • UN Committees: UNGA, UNHRC, UNCSW, UNEA, ECOSOC, WHO, IOM, ​G20, and CDF.
  • Indian Committees: Niti Aayog, Lok Sabha, and AIPPM.
  • International Press Corps (IPC)
  • Which language can the delegates use?

Generally English is used in UN committees and both English and Hindi in ​Indian committees. However, the choice of language depends on the ​discretion of the EB.

  • Do I need any prior MUN experience to participate?

No, it is not necessary to have any prior MUN experience. PAXMUN ​provides a beginner-friendly experience where the delegates can learn and ​grow in their understanding of global issues.

  • What is the dress code?

The dress code is Western Formals and Indian formals for Day 1 and Day 2, ​respectively.

  • Are we allowed to carry electronics?

Yes, delegates are allowed to carry phones, laptops, and cameras in case of ​photographers, but on their own responsibility. DPS Greater Noida shall not ​be liable towards the losses of any such devices.

  • What are the potential benefits of attending PAXMUN 2024?

The delegates will receive a participation certificate, merit certificates for ​remarkable performances and have the opportunity to explore new areas ​such as photography and journalism, and gain an unforgettable experience. ​They will also be able to develop analytical, oratory, critical thinking, and ​research skills.

  • What are the awards offered in the committees?


The award list will consist of Best Delegate, High Commendation, Special ​Mentions, Honourable Mentions, and Verbal Mentions.

  • How will we receive information about our portfolios?

Allotment mails will be sent to your registered email ID within 24 hours of registration.
